Studio Snaidero SoNo.Greenwich is a full service design firm that can manage all aspects of any kitchen project from conception through completion. The following outline is intended to give you a complete breakdown of the project timeline and services provided, from the retainer to the finished project.

Step 1: Design Phase
- Measure and document job site
- In depth client meetings to cover all design aspects of the project
- Prepare first draft of plans and review final changes
- Develop full set of working plans, including elevations
- Final approval of plans and execution of purchase agreement

Step 2: Order Phase
- Job site meeting with installer
- Optional review with client and contractor
- Prepare, place and confirm order with Snaidero USA
- Letter of confirmation to client
- Order and confirm miscellaneous items to coordinate with project

Step 3: Production Phase
- Letter of production update to client
- Visit to job site to check progress, if necessary

Step 4: Delivery Phase
- Receive notification of container ETA
- Letter of estimated delivery to client
- Schedule delivery date of order
- Schedule delivery date of miscellaneous items
- Supervise delivery and product inspection
- Inspection and acceptance by client

Step 5: Installation Phase
- Schedule installation and confirm with client
- Visit job site each morning to check on status of installation
- Walk-through with client upon completion
- Perform any necessary adjustments to installation
- Final acceptance and sign-off by client of job completion
